This charming home was built in 1922. It is an Arts and Crafts bungalow in Historic Old North Davis. It was intended as a rental home from the start, but was built with extraordinary details in the finish work and is an exemplary model of the Arts and Crafts style (1900-1930’s generally speaking).
The clients bought the house in 2003 in complete disarray with the dream of restoring the original details that were mostly intact but not cared for. They did all of the paint stripping, staining, and repair in the main parts of the house, including the fireplace, windows, front door, etc. Matt Piner designed and MAK Design+Build built the addition with master bed and bath, and kitchen remodel.
